Meet Giu and Ty

The day I met Giuliano he told me about his girlfriend from South Africa and that I had to take pictures of the two of them. Less than a year later, I have found myself photographing their wedding, and what a pleasure it was.

They met through his older brother, who was staff at the same base Tyla was stationed at the time. They started talking over Facebook and eventually met during Carnival in Mazatlan, Mexico. It was love at first sight.

Tyla knew they were going to get married one day, she was even bold enough to put it on paper. Well Tyla, guess what, that prophecy came true.

Long story short, Tyla went to her dear friend for advice and Giuliano just so happened to unknowingly go to Tyla’s friend’s husband for advice. They had found a mentor couple before they even started dating. That is God right there, he planned it that way.

Giuliano went back to Argentina, she stayed in Mexico, he joined staff in Mexico and moved there and not long after that, they officially began dating.

After dating for a while, they went to his home country, Argentina, then to her home country, South Africa and got engaged, and were married in Mexico.

One of my sweetest memories with Tyla was when we went to scout out their wedding venue and she told me their love story, savoring the details and telling me about how God was so good to them in so many different areas of their kingdom culture centered relationship.

God has taken them through many adventures and marriage is one of their biggest adventures yet, and their wedding day was just the beginning of it:
